Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, and in the top 30 most populated cities in the United States. It is a major trading center, and was originally designed as a portage site. It earned this through being located on the Ohio River. It is also known as the home of the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Louisville Sluggers baseball bats.
Louisville is a great place for adventure. You can visit The Muhammad Ali Center, historic Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, the Louisville Slugger museum, and other cultural attractions. In addition, we are just a short drive from Mammoth Cave National Park, Hodgenville, Abraham Lincoln’s birthplace and cabin as well as many museums, AAA baseball and a great riverfront.
