The Food Runners duties include, but are not limited to: delivering food to guest tables by picking up the order from the kitchen, paying special attention to the table numbers and seat orders, and promptly bringing it to the guest table.
The Bus Person's duties include, but are not limited to: clearing dishes and utensils from tables so new customers can be seated; spray and wipe down tables using proper cleaner and rags; sweep floors; and maintain server station area ensuring items are stocked.
