A Bar Back serves as support for the Bartender. Job duties and tasks include: *Stock all bar supplies at the beginning and end of shifts such as beer, liquor, wine, kegs, glassware, fruit, roll-up, ice, juices, paper supplies, etc. in accordance with par levels. *Maintain adequate supplies of items listed above for the duration of your shift. *Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks. *Wash and polish glassware/silverware. *Stock refrigerating units with liquor, wines, beer or replace empty beer kegs. *Organize and clean liquor, wine and beer storage areas. *Sweep, mop and/or vacuum the behind the bar and the area at the beginning and end of your shift.
